Plating
Spray-Rite, Inc. offers a variety of chemical coatings for pretreatment or as a final process on a number of substrates.
These include, but are not limited to the following:
- Zinc/Iron Phosphate
- Chromate (ChemFilm) – RoHS Compliant
- Pickling (Passivation)
- Anodize
Finishing
Coatings
From water-base liquids to conductive powders, we have the coating for you. Coatings are applied everyday to a number of substrates, from conductive coatings on plastics, to powders on aluminum castings. If masking is your problem, Spray-Rite has the solution. Spray-Rite has CAD masking capabilities in house, as well as hard tool masking fixtures.
With batch and line capabilities, Spray-Rite can supply you with the finish you need. From design and prototype runs to high volume production, we have the answer for you. Spray-Rite also offers a wide range of custom colors, so if you are looking for a one off piece, feel free to contact us.
Secondary Finishing
Spray-Rite has a full service secondary finishing shop, from full blasting and media tumbling to hand sanding and polishing operations. We felt it necessary to control the work that goes into the part prior to paint to help improve the final finish, in the end saving the customer time and money.
Machining
Spray-Rite offers machining as pre or post op to our finishing services. We also offer as a stand alone service. The ability to streamline the supply chain and “level load” other departments allows potential cost savings to be passed to our customers.
As simple as a single hole in a drill press to as complex as machining 6 planes in a rotary fixture, Spray-Rite can support your needs and requirements.
Printing
Spray-Rite, Inc. can supply you with all your printing needs. With a full service print shop, all art, screens, and plates are made in house. Art can be reproduced from print or supplied camera ready.
Silk Screening, Pad Printing, and CAD operated Letter-Fill are all available in house.

Assembly
Spray-Rite offers minor sub assembly and kitting as an option. We are willing to take it as far as the customer requires, so it is ready to go direct to the line upon receipt.
Supply Chain Management
Spray-Rite has the facility and staffing to meet your supply chain needs. We can help source the base substrate and take it from there. We strive to offer everything from that point, in line, in a single location in order to provide the best quality at the lowest possible landed cost.
